10. Meatloaf, roasted tomato chewies

I made meatloaf with grass-fed beef from WF. Mixed in some organic pork. Let me tell you, this is the way to get the cost of a meatloaf close to $20.

Oh well.

I roasted tomatoes, too, and got them to the "chewie" state. Then I covered the meatloaf with the tomatoes for serving.

Baked potatoes.

Coleslaw.
