Ingredients
4 c cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
4 pieces of pumpernickel bread-toasted
1/4 bottle dark beer
1 T turkish red pepper spice
2 green onions, chopped
Olive oil
Toast

Directions
Heat up some olive oil and sauté onions for a minute or two. Then add beer and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, add Turkish spice, stir, and add cheese. Whisk in cheese and when it melts serve over toast.
