Folks in Brazil will be glad to hear that. Actually, our murder rate is not that high world wide. All of the countries that have higher ones also have much stricter gun laws. Jamaica's UK style gun laws did not stop theirs from doubling.
While Russia has few gun deaths, their murder rate is three times ours and their suicide rate is even higher.
