6. What are the qualifications for voting absentee? In my state, you once had to get permission.

Now we are ALL absentee. The closest you can get to standing in a line is to put your mail-in ballot into a state drop box. Otherwise, it's all through the mail. No more weather obstacles, voter ID or being harrassed, thats is all settled by the time you register. A signature, phone number and email along with street address are suggested in case there is a question. And a stamp. We sit and look over a huge pamphlet in the comfort of our homes. The lines are unnecessary and they have led to wingnuts abusing voters.
