Secretary Foxx has a long and admirable record if public service and all you can dig up is that he was once sued?

Did you know that he clerked for a federal judge who is revered as one of the the country's leading civil rights champions? Are you aware that, under his leadership, the Department of Transportation is investigating the closing of DMVs to determine whether it discriminates against minirity residents? Have you bothered to learn ANYTHING about him other than the fact that he's a lawyer and somebody sued him?

You epitomize the point I made in another thread (which, unfortunately, was locked as "off-topic&quot - it is absolutely disgusting to see Democrats go out of their way to smear other Democrats, merely because they support a Democrat other than their preferred candidate.

Shame on you.
