rather, members of the DNC leadership will WIN whether Democrats win or lose. If Democrats win, then that's an obvious win. If Democrats lose to Republicans, then they can present that as bona fides to hedge funds and think tanks that they are now and always were on the side of corporate hegemony, and thus, deserve to be rewarded with overpaid Mickey Mouse jobs like Cantor was.
