39. There was a poster who lived in Mexico who had to get out of her
house fast as somebody was "taking control" of it. She said foreign (she is a US citizen) property owners there have just about zero rights. This was about 3 months ago and I have no recollection of the poster's name but she had to get out of town fast, like 2 days.
