11. I just don't buy the revision of the event.
This is consistent with other killings by US soldiers and subsequent denials. The fact that this latest news comes from a Coalition Provisional Authority spokesman that was not anywhere near the scene makes it suspicious. A lame attempt to change the scenario. They were compelled to come up with another story since this was more jarring than other reported killings. Innocent teenage girls supposedly with a gun gathering wood, but someone else killed them. I don't think so.
