102. Oh, I see...
everything said about Senator Obama, by anyone connected with the Clinton campaign, or, for that matter, by any of her supporters, which pointed out any negative to his electability or which criticized his campaign, was "euphemisms and codes" and/or "sly maneuvers exploiting racism".

Anything said negatively about Senator Clinton, however, was, I imagine, simply pointing out facts.

I see...I've got it now!

Listen....Of COURSE there are racists out there. Just as there are sexists out there. Every negative word said about an African American politician, however, is NOT racist code, nor is every negative word said about a female politician sexist.

Pointing out that one candidate is polling higher among certain groups may simply mean that the candidate is polling higher among certain groups. Now, I will agree that the group of voters may be racist, or sexist, but pointing it out is called campaigning....NOT racism or sexism.

I actually HAVE discussed this with "politically aware" African American friends, and we agree on it. Hillary Clinton did NOT run a racist campaign, any more than Senator Obama ran, OR IS NOW RUNNING a sexist campaign.....which he is, of course being accused of doing by the Palin camp.

There was, I think, a LOT of sexism in the way the media covered Hillary, but that is NOT Senator Obama's doing, and I know of no one blaming HIM personally for it. Senator Clinton, conversely has NO blame for the perception of her campaign being racially dominated.
