51. My first car
Was a 1969 Toyota Corona. An excellent car, easy to work on.

My 2nd car was a 1973 Grand Prix SJ. 400 engine, 4 bbl. carb. Fast sucker, and easy to work on.

Had a bunch of non-descript cars..one of them a 1985 Ford Escort that I bought new. What a piece of crap that was. Went through a camshaft and 3 sets of lifters before the dealer figured out the oil pump was bad. Thank jah it was under warranty. Trans re-build @ 90K miles, and had to have a new timing belt and water pump every 70K miles.

The car I'm driving now is a '99 Ford Taurus SHO. It has a Yamaha 3.4 litre engine. Love it. I can't work on it, though. It's fast-ish, and I'm working on making it more fast-ish. It gets around 24 mpg highway, which is not bad for an 8 cylinder engine. When I put on the new exhaust system, I'll probably get less mpg. If I had 50K to throw around...I'd definitely get the 2010 SHO. The really fast one.

I have loved fast cars since I was a toddler, and will always love them.
