It goes over in great deal the tax issues vs saving social security.
This bashing of him for "tax cuts" is a "con job" -- simply to discredit him.
Your comment to anyone about this subject --- if they bitch about O'Neill -- "talk to the hand -- read the book first".
They will change their mind.
O'Neill kept notes on everything, every meeting (location and attendance), phone calls, memo, etc....unbelievable detail
