... but it can go lower--and probably will--before it gets better.

We've only had seven months of this Congress. They can get into a lot more mischief in their allotted time. They don't even need excuses such as 9/11 any longer. And they have enough support from conservative Democrats that everything they do will be branded as "bipartisan."

Just one more attack in this country, even a small one, will have them whipping out the Reichstag rules in a heartbeat.... *sigh*
