and he didn't know about the new song and Mick's comments so I showed him the story. I don't think he even acknowledged reading it to himself. His truth resistant republican hide couldn't absorb it. He just went on to ask if I'd heard the new single yet (not Sweet Neo-Con) I had a moment of pity for him and decided not to press it and agreed the tune rocked. He loves Pearl Jam and the Grateful Dead too but I wonder for how long. He's clearly conflicted. Bwah ha ha ha ha.
