If true, it would seem that this "leak probe" is a smokescreen designed to go absolutely NOWHERE, but launched with the hope that going through the motions might deflect attention from everything else that is going catastrophically wrong for Bush and, ergo, the GOP -- to wit, Iraq, Libby & Plamegate, Meiers, Frist, DeLay, et al.
