I was seaching the MLS listings today. I'm selling my downtown condo and trying to buy a house.

That gem is MLS# 25140376 (you can search for it on any local real estate site. i found it on www.themlsonline.com), located within city limits on SW 1st Ave on a 1/10th acre lot

The description is at least honest: "House Is A Hazard. Fixer Home Or Possible Rehab."
