5. I am not a doctor but I'll talk from personal experience.
I am currently on 100 mg of Toporol and 160 mg of Diovan for extreme high blood pressure (210/135 was a normal reading) and electrotachycardia (many times my heart rate has been in excess of 150). There have been days when I have forgotten to take them. While it's not a good thing, the drug does build up in your system and your rate will not shoot right up if you miss a dose. Just pick it up as soon as you can and take the missed dose.
