because I have know knowledge to refute them, but the clip of him saying "Over my cold dead hands" may I have been shot in NC or it may not have. But how can you tell when he says that phrase many times, I remember he came to Tucson, Arizona shortly after a little girl was shot and he said that phrase too in Tucson.
