21. In addition to the aforementioned recipe,

I actually barbequed a beef brisket about 2 months ago. Marinaded it overnight -- didn't know how is was going to turn out, so 1/3 I put on as a big hunk, 1/3 I wrapped in aluminum foil, and one 1/3 I sliced into strips .... all three ways turned out marvelously.
