The weekend was fun. No one I know died. <whew!> :) We had our annual taichi association Chinese New Year banquet. A string quartet on tour from China performed and we had the taichi demonstrations. We performers were in our silk costumes, just like in the kung-fu films. We had empty-hand and weapons form demos; I performed the broadsword short form. It was held in the banquet room of the super grand buffet restaurant. Fun and much food was had by all.
