on what they say their speciality is.

Ceviche is a wonderful appetizer. Guacamole should be fresh, not canned.

Soft tacos are far better than hard.

Burritos don't have to be massive.

Nachos are always a favorite as a meal or an appetizer.

Be brave about the salsas. If something has chipotle, try it, it is VERY hot and smokey.

Ranchero sauce isn't very good.

Enchiladas can be very tasty.

Fajitas are very gringo friendly.
