Apparently I violated the dress code at work tonight :

and maybe I was wrong and maybe I was'nt. I have been working at this company for nearly a 1 year and a half. Tonight I wore a pair of jean shorts that I have worn at least 100 hundred times. And the other 99 times (ok maybe 20 times but still , the 19 other times , no problem -->) but tonight I was told that my shorts were too short. Ok I am glad it was the trainers who told me in a nice way and not the male managers but they also called in a coworker of mine who wears shorts all the time as well. She has worked there for 4 years and since I have been there she has always worn shorts. Her shorts are not short short either. They cover our thighs. I am just like "Wtf" who complained this time. And maybe they are just cracking down hard (its this and a lot of things) but we only wear shorts because its a warehouse and there absolutely no circulation of air whatsoever and I do my best to stay cool. Its stupid : the things that they need to crack down on , they don't. Its always something... I wonder what tomorrow will bring. Again maybe I was wrong but I even went to human resources and asked for a second opinion - they told me that my shorts were ok. What gives ?
