47. That's exactly what I do. I bring my yogurt to work with me every morning and
all my coworkers ooh and ahh over it. Non-fat Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries, walnuts, agave nectar and flax meal is my favorite. But I also do blueberries, black raspberries, blackberries, peaches, strawberries, and mango. Sometimes I add unsweetened coconut, almonds, or oats for a twist. I never get tired of it and in one meal I can have 4-6 of the foods listed on every single one of those Super food lists.
