43. So cynical. Keats would beat you around the head and neck with a rubber duck.
If someone who can't afford to buy the beauty that so moves them, who are you to deny them the temporary rental of happiness? Sure, there are those who buy and sell beauty simply for lust and attention, but even so, why criticize their vulgar motives? Is not life short? Should not harmless joy be sought wherever possible, even by those less economically fortunate? Aren't we all simply leasing every item we believe we own, until our death renders all definitions of ownership nonsensical?
