10. I don't have a cell phone, either
but it does seem that when people are in public talking on them they seem to be very concerned with the person on the other end being able to hear them, therefore they YELL their half of the conversation.

I think if you are in a crowded, noisy bar and everyone else is talking loudly there would be no problem carrying on a cell phone conversation.

I also think, though, that calling someone from a store when you have a question for the other person on the other end about groceries to get, or if you just need to talk to someone about something is okay, too. But when you get to the register when you might have to interact, it is probably polite to hang up.

Of course, I am one of those that just dont let many things other people do bother me. It is really none of my business what somebody is doing. If it doesnt hurt me in anyway, why should I care?
