The expansive shoreline opens
Its arms
Across my view
The glittering water beckons


It says
Come, travel over me
Explore me
Drink my salty depths
Swim in my floating hair
Feel my touch
Along your body
As you dive

The far-flung ocean
Speaks to me

Of freedom
