The easy answer is "metal." The slightly more in depth answer is "melodic death metal," though I like metal of many kinds from death, black, and thrash, to power, progressive, and symphonic. The real answer is a wide range of things including metal, punk and hardcore, Celtic, folk, and world music, movie soundtracks, and jazz fusion.

I can never answer the "favorite band" question, either. When asked, I can usually get it down to two, and then be unable to choose. :P
