The last time I commercial or otherwise fished was off Cape Disappointment just north of Ilwaco Washington. The fear from running in and out of the Colombian River bar broke me.

In the 4 years I fished I had often been afraid for my life while on the water, but that was too much. I called my pop, and he had a bus ticket waiting across the river at the Astoria OR, Greyhound station. Tasty critters, but it's hard, cold, dangerous work getting them to the table.
