7. The only way to fight an insurgency is to remove
their targets. We should bring out ALL civilians and the bulk of our ground forces. Air commander should secure two air fields in stratigic locations and determine how many troops he needs to defend them and still be resupplied by air. Remove the Iraqi Army from the cities and let them train in more remote locations,

let this become a police matter. All we need from the Army is two small fast moving reactionary units, one at each air base to assist the Iraqi police.

Since we know * wants no part of this,he and the rest of his cabal have to go.

Let the Iraqi's sort themselves out, and let the time table for us to leave be when the American and Iraqi air commanders agree that the Iraqi air force is ready.
