Dean has as much as said he's not competing in Feb. 3 states, so the letter is specifically asking for Dean's people's support in those states to keep the insiders form running awaay with this election.

Letting Kerry and Edwards have their way on that day is the worst possible thing we could do.....more Washington Lifers taking the reins of our party.

If Dean wants to win the Michigan and Washington primaries, then he's going to need to slow Kerry, and in order to do that, Clark needs to beat him on Feb 3rd in some places, otherwise it's over for Clark AND Dean.

No one is asking them to stop believing or working for Howard Dean, who is someone I greatly admire and supported before Wes Clark entered the race, so from a current Dean and Clark supporter:
go outsiders!
