And found that the Democrats lead in those districts (and remember that these are all Republican held seats, not a Democratic one among them, and totalling SIXTY in number) by 3%.

We lead:

Democrats 46%
Republicans 43%

If this is true, then I think it guarantees us at least a 32 seat pick-up.

And that's assuming that we don't have the numbers inflate on us because of HIGHER Democratic turn-out (which is totally possible) or the undecideds break for us at the end (which is also possible) or a combination of both which would win us all SIXTY races.
