78. I never typed that ... you're getting blunt with the wrong party. However, if I don't see it
referenced within the original source document (National Law Journal), I'm not taking it as FACT. Especially when it's in HRC's "love me - elect me" Biography within her DLC sponsored Campaign 2008 website.

Again, I am not the one who claims that she never practiced law. I only hope she chooses to remain a Senator from NY, mostly because I don't want to see "the same suspects" (Bill's boys and girls from his administration) rotate back in. That would make for a true coup - Unitary Executive.

I have no special love for any of the Presidential Candidates, although I favor Obama over Edwards, almost any Democrat who doesn't have the surname "Clinton" would make an excellent President. In essence, I fear a THIRD Clinton term would "seal the deal" for the unwarranted powers of The Executive Branch. We need to lessen it's stranglehold on the other two branches of Government, not strengthen it. By brining in the lion's share of FORMER cronies, we are encouraging the maintenances of an ALL-POWERFUL Unitary Executive. At least with Obama or Edwards, we will ALSO bring new blood into these Cabinet positions, thus discouraging *abuses of power.*
