will use every excuse in the book, except a good one. They understand that because of who their candidate it, they are the only ones who can get away with playing the race card as if on speed dial. It's used here more for a get out of facing facts card, than for anything remotely substaniial. It's built in, and one they are confident will automatically shut down any real debate as to character, experience, and actual ability to be commander in chief.
