112. Everyone "disses" Mississippi...God knows we're used to it
and, who knows? Maybe we deserve it. If ever the people of a state voted consistently against their own best interests, it's the people of Mississippi. One would almost think we're proud of being the poorest, most ignorant, most obese, least healthy, and - let's face it - the most DESPISED state in the union. I have never, ever voted for a Repuke, and I never will, but in Darkest Mississippi it's assumed that if you're caucasian, you're a Repuke and probably a Baptist, too.
