political system in the US is severely flawed in every aspect, we need proportional representation instead of winner take all. My senator has proposed to do away with the electoral college, and the only way this has a chance is with Dems in control. We're coming out of 8 terrible years, even since '06 the Dems had such a small majority that they have been blocked at every step. Unless we get a Dem majority in house, senate and the WH, change will not happen at all. I rather take baby steps than no steps at all. I don't want a 100 yrs in Iraq, I want health care and Plus the courts are important to me too. I think that if Hillary does get the nomination. we're dealing with subterranean racism and gender issues in this country and unfortunately this election will be crucial. I understand that you're angry, but pissed or not you have to be realistic! but unless you vote you'll get more of the same. It's going to take FDR politics to change what's going on!
