14. It's nepotism when instead of using a person skilled in surrogating, she used her sister
who was obviously... unskilled at doing so. The whole using family for everything... yeah.. that really looks like nepotism to me. Plus, the stories of her husband sitting in on gubernatorial meetings and her tendency to create a clique that is ultra loyal to her and relies on her for their ambitions... yeah sounds like nepotism to me.
