About these Robo Calls

I don't know if anyone on here has done phone banking. The average contact rate is about 10% Of that 10% maybe a quarter are undecided. It's hard and important work however that is with a real person. I can't imagine that these Robocalls are making more than a 1% actually listen to call who are undecided. I just don't see how these things are effective. Anyone got an opinion?
