When the financial crisis hit and McCain pulled his stunt of "suspending" his campaign and canceling the debate, I almost thought Obama would blink. Not only did he not blink, he told McCain that this was the exact time to have a debate and a president can do more that one thing at a time. I knew the guy was strong but he really impressed me there. Plus his overall reaction to the crisis was great and I knew that contrasting it to McCains erratic acts put this election in the bag.
