2. Well he is voting for the filibuster . . .
. . .however he wishes Dems did not have to rely on procedural maneuvers to delay the Alito confirmation. There are some on the DU who have a problem with the truth he spoke. This is from ABC THIS WEEK:

"There is an over-reliance on the part of Democrats for procedural maneuvers." -Obama

His point is we are forced to do this because we are not in the majority, that is not the preferred way for us to operate as a party. Some on the DU are too immature or ignorant to understand the spirit in which this statement was made. We all want the same thing however there are some of us who hope that as Dems we can get to a point where we raise the bar, instead of lowering it. I agree with the filibuster, but I hate that we have to use it.
