Yes Ray Larson and the 'ballistics expert' used are highly suspect. I work with a jury member who was scarred shitless when this travesty of 'justice' went down. This jury member says that even without the ballistic testimony he was guilty of 1st degree premeditated murder. The fact that the girlfriend witness was too scared of the Ragland family to come back to Lexington and testify again is the reason Ray says he would not retry and made the decision for the deal.
