Barring an uprising in the streets - which I'd love to see - his chances for the presidency are really in the hands of a few judges. If his path to the WH is through the recount, a lot will depend on whether judges at critical points will keep it moving. If his path is through proving fraud, a lot will depend on whether judges will deem Arnebeck's evidence sufficient to warrant further investigation. I expect Arnebeck to be able to make his case; but whether a judge will see it that way?
