92,000 undervotes.

Provisional ballots

Cuyahog county 25,309!!! ... they threw out 8,559 of those.

Franklin county of 14,462.. threw out 2,337

I'm still looking at the data both those counties favored Kerry.

Total cast. 153,539 // total counted: 118,734 // total thrown out 34,805

add the ones thrown out if they were all indeed for Kerry: 126,805
