Okay, the Hummingbird connection didn't pan out on this Blackwell bio

but the JINSA thing is important, just to know what we're dealing with here.

JINSA is The Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs. Generally considered to be very politically influential, very pro-Israel, and has plenty of the neocons associated with it, the same people who greased the wheels of the war against Iraq. Richard Perle (aka Prince of Darkness) is another of the advisors.

Blackwell is also, the bio says, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. This another heavy influence sphere, with all the people we've grown to wish would move to Mars ASAP.

So, we're dealing with someone in Blackwell who is not just an ordinary Secretary of State, but someone networked into the heavy hitters who love this administration.
