126. Regarding Jeannine Tater's Affidavit, points 4-12...
"Union Township Machine Scan of Ballots" (points 4-12)

I understand the distinction between "votes cast" vs. "ballots cast," but I'm finding it difficult to contrive an explanation as to how two separate breakdowns of the total count of 1190 were produced. When the 1190 count is interpreted as "ballots cast" a breakdown of "678 page one ballots and 512 page two ballots" is given. When the count is interpreted as "votes cast," particularly for president/vice president, a breakdown of one vote for Badnarik/Campagna, 878 for Bush/Cheney, 305 for Kerry/Edwards, three undervotes, two overvotes, and one write-in is given in the Clarmont Election Night Abstract that Tater references:

I'm not really making a different point from the one Tater made in her statement - I'm just highlighting it. Contorted explanations aside, it seems to me that one breakdown has been produced out of thin air.
