20. Last night, a very, very strange dream.
One of my old hair stylists recently had a baby with her husband and in the dream, I ran into the husband, with the baby, in the shopping complex where her salon used to be. The couple wanted to go out to dinner so I said that I would watch the baby for them. Normally, I don't love babies, especially male babies, but the baby in the dream was really cute. The whole time he was with me he never cried. I just find this dream to be odd, possibly one of the oddest I have ever had. I have never had a dream about a baby that lasted very long, or featured a baby hanging out with me. I thought that all of my feelings about parenthood (or my decision that parenthood will not be a part of my life in any form) were settled. Maybe my subconscious has other ideas.
