simply going to be passing through Leo by transit (natally it resides in Capricorn...a very natural placement because it's the ruler of Cap) So it's not a natal condition. Which is not to suggest ignoring health issues which arise...particularly dealing with the heart (sun in Leo).
But that would not be my first thought upon seeing these natal and transiting configurations, though Saturn can manifest or trigger natally existing conditions.

Transiting Saturn will set off your natal Sun/Neptune square which is probably not health related with the exception, perhaps, of possible depression issues or just a somewhat weakened system sometimes indicated by that natal configuration and which might make you more susceptable to viruses/colds/allergies (but could also reveal a hidden condition like a weak or leaky heart). Just get a checkup and always a second opinion if need be.
More likely...Neptune/Sun/Saturn in combination can lead to paranoia/mistrust/dishonesty/fraud/illusion followed by disillusionment, and interpersonal issues regarding boundaries (yours or others), or yourself or others not living up to unrealistic ideals, castles in the sand...likely will effect personal resources and friendships/groups, goals that were draped in idealism but turn out to be a disappointment with feet of clay, a spiritual crisis of some kind, victim/savior roles played out, etc.

But following on its heals will be transiting Saturn conj. Venus/Uranus which will also trigger the natal trine from your third house Jupiter/Nadir-MC axis, and sextile from the natal Moon... which looks like a potentially wonderful, if somewhat chaotic and unsettling, shift which could lead to a new career or role, playing a significant role in a political movement, media attention, new and very positive relationships, artistic expression and exploration, confidence and generosity, new goals, etc.

I highly recommend exploring these natal configurations in more depth so that you will get a deeper understanding of how things are unfolding in your life.
