I have similar issues with people - I have a few long term friends that I stay in touch with, but for the most part a lot of poeple come and go from my life without incident. I just don't really make much of an effort to cultivate friendships (mostly because I find very few people who I think are worth the effort, and if you are somewhat reclusive, relationships in general tend to be an effort.) Anyway, I have dreams where I am not dead, but I am around loved ones and people I know but I am invisible to them. I wonder if your dream is the same kind of thing?
