26. Isn't Dublin a higher rent neighborhood?

I am not from Ohio, but have a relative who lives in Dublin. It was my understanding that the well-to-do live there - those that profit from ** tax cuts.
Is that true and could that have anything to do with smooth sailing at the polls?
Just askin'.
