Bush can't be impeached, because Congress is to CHICKENSHIT to make either criminal fucker (Bush/Cheney) swear in before giving testimony! Can you IMAGINE the outrage at Clinton, if he would have demanded no swearing in before testimony? There would have been no evidence for impeachment! This is how the GOP does business; hammer at Dems with a very loose interpretation of the law, but go easy and make sure there is an 'out' for fellow GOPers under 'testimony'.

It is a sick system that is falling apart due to greed and graft.
