Edited on Fri Jul-21-06 06:58 AM by ProdigalJunkMail
by a man who robbed a auto repair shop and was then aprehended in the parking lot by two employees with a tire iron...claimed he was no longer a threat and that they assaulted him. Won damages for injuries and of all things...emotional distress...never mind that he robbed people at knife-point.

You just never know...

sP

edit for 'emotional distress' in place of 'pain and suffering'
