I watched the re-run and it looked to me like there was some sort of technical glitch and she couldn't hear anyone nor could they hear her, so she left. Now, I turned the channel after that happened so it's conceivable that they did re-establish a connection and the "being chased off the set" happened afterwards.

Can anyone elaborate? Did the chasing off the set occur after the obvious technical glitches? And they were obvious glitches because Sean Hannity certainly would have said something to her if he could hear her even if it was only "Hold on, Anne, let Michael speak" or something.
